Upper Myagdi Hydropower Limited (UMHPL) was incorporated as Upper Myagdi Hydropower Private Limited in December 2017 and was subsequently converted into a public limited company in July 2023. Established with the objective of developing the Upper Myagdi-1 Hydropower Project (UM-1 HPP), the Company is committed to harnessing Nepal’s hydropower potential through sustainable, efficient, and responsible project development while creating long-term value for its shareholders and contributing to the nation’s energy security and economic growth.
